Entirely reliable, easy to talk to and communicate with, put me at ease when I thought my PC was doomed. My PC was in very good hands the whole time while they searched for the cause of the issue and helped with the return on the faulty piece, which I appreciate so much. There aren't enough thank yous to voice how grateful I am for their help

The Tech Shop did it again! I had D build me a laptop for my specific needs and I am so glad I did. The price was extremely reasonable. (Way less than going to a big box store and just buying a basic model.) I can multitask with multiple screens, multiple tabs and zero downtime waiting for the computer to respond. Best decision ever! Still won’t go anywhere else.

D was straight to the point, gave good advice and the price was lower than I imagined. It sure is nice to have a computer guy on my side. I will never go to a big box store again for my computer needs.

Affordable prices, quick and friendly service. D took care of replacing my charging port with no problem, and has the best hair. Glad to have such a useful shop conveniently placed in Norwalk.
