Our experience with Magnolia Connections was great. The scheduling and front desk staff were so helpful. They gave a sheet with billing codes to call the insurance company to confirm coverage (I have never got this from any other service including surgeries). Dr. Taylor Kutchen was so professional, made testing experience easy, made an effort to connect with my child, and explained things so well. His final report was so well written. Our pediatrician even commented on how well it was written. We were given so many strategies, resources, and support. I left feeling educated and prepared. I am really thankful to have such a wonderful resource for children’s mental health in Norwalk. Magnolia Connection has been so above and beyond helpful, kind, and empathetic to my family. The passion for their jobs is felt from the moment you walk in the doors. From Jen who handles paperwork and scheduling, Kristen at the front desk, the therapists Eric and Amanda, the nurse practitioner Ellie, to Dr. Heather, we have had nothing but positive experiences. Their staff has been able to diagnose, navigate, and provide recommendations on how to continue to help my child succeed.
