My first call was to Doug to repair a leak from my tankless water heater. He took the call, asked me to text photos, and came over the same day with a part. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem but found that the part was wrong for this particular leak, which was concealed where the camera could not reach. He returned the following morning with the correct part and made the repair. He also explained some things about my water heater that I did not know. We reviewed the charges, and after hearing the explanation, I found the price reasonable. I would definitely call him again for plumbing work.
Highly recommend Doug! Plan to use only his services for plumbing in the future. He came out right away, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fixed the problem quickly and was very reasonably priced. Thank you!
Doug replaced our water heater within 24hrs of us calling him. He is highly skilled and explained what was best for our household. Doug was very efficient and mindful of keeping the area he was working in clean. He will be my go-to plumber and did explain to us that water heater requests were his top priority so the 1 star review here may explain why he couldn't get to their plumbing needs quickly. Doug is a one-man team but he gets the job done well!
