Secretary was rude. Had to reschedule multiple times and on the correct date they texted us 40 minutes after they were supposed to be there to let us know they would be there in 10 more minutes.

Would definitely not recommend. They had to send out two different guys just to do the estimate and then still couldn’t give us an exact price. (This was going to be a very small job and we already had the carpet so just needed he work done.) They rescheduled our appointment once and then no showed the next appointment. We waited around for 35 minutes for them, appt was supposed to be from 8-10. I didn’t get any contact until 8:38. When i called to see what was going on, the secretary was extremely rude. She didn’t even offer to reschedule the appointment.Very unprofessional.
