Micah just finished a massive and challenging two-room remodel in my fairly old house, necessitated in part by derecho damage. His work is outstanding. Three things in particular stand out: 1) Michal didn't settle for just making things *look* better. He took extra pains to also ensure the remodel's *structural* integrity, so our excellent cosmetic improvements will last. 2) Micah finds solutions to difficult problems. Our house is irregular. Rather than get flustered and throw up his hands, Micah calmly adapted on the fly, and devised a fix for every problem. He's a smart, creative problem-solver. 3) Micah was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. No surprises in choices or costs. Overall, 10 out of 10. Extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and honest. The final bill was expected and fair. Can't recommend him highly enough.
