Rachel is very friendly and truly cares about making her clients feel comfortable and making sure they have a good experience. The infrared Fit treatment is relaxing and helped with my aches and pains after the first treatment!

I was a skeptic!!! I lost 80lbs and no amount of working out was helping with skin tightening. Rachel moves fast, she's busy, I asked a TON of questions, she answered finally she just said "trust me" so I did. I CAN NOT stress the difference this has made for my skin and confidence. She set out a plan for me, she fit me into her schedule, I kept asking questions she kept telling me to trust her. I am so happy I did. She really cares, she makes you feel comfortable she knows what she's doing, and sometimes you just have to take the leap and trust. I highly recommend Rachel and H2O for body sculpting.
