Jenny at Great Clips in Newton was amazing! I’m partially disabled and struggle moving my arms above my head - making washing my hair difficult. Jenny was understanding, kind, and compassionate - plus a wonderful conversationalist! Highly recommend!
I had a rough experience earlier this week with a stylist and my hair cut. Today Brandy, the store manager called me, and we discussed what happened. She offered to fix my cut herself and got me in ASAP. She was amazing and super kind. I felt comfortable asking questions about my hair and getting the length issue fixed. Thank you so much.
Newton Iowa.
Very best haircut Archer, age 8, has ever had. And he is not an easy customer. He’s on the Autism spectrum. She did a wonderful job.. with him and his hair!
