I had a rough experience earlier this week with a stylist and my hair cut. Today Brandy, the store manager called me, and we discussed what happened. She offered to fix my cut herself and got me in ASAP. She was amazing and super kind. I felt comfortable asking questions about my hair and getting the length issue fixed. Thank you so much.

Had one of the best cuts by Wendi! She fixed a haircut that an "high=end" salon did earlier this morning in Des Moines. Wendi was knowledgable and knew what she could and could not do with the mess I presented her. She explained the limitations. In the end, WOW, she fixed it well and gave an excellent cut! I went in with a very bad feeling and came out looking great, even though I lost 3 years of growth! It was worth it! I will definately be back!
