I am happy to say good words about Lauterbach Buick. I have been a customer for many years and Doug Cupples and the rest of the staff have always been very helpful - whatever my need or question might be! The service department is also to be commended for obviously doing all possible to be sure I understood what they were doing and why. As a single woman, the assurance they were going above and beyond to take care of me and my car meant a great deal.
