I love the staff at MHP, but the company they sold billing to is another story! Argues about being able to send paper statements even though receptionists literally stated we had to call them directly for this. This is why outsourcing billing while maybe saving you the hospital money is not always the best thing. I would think your client's (patient's) should be the priority and you care about the service they recieve, shouldn't you care how they are treated after the fact too?
