Since they left Fairfield, their service is rotten and left us in a very bad way. Will not respond to phone calls and will not take care a mini split that is under warranty. Don't think they know what to do. Very upset with them.

Excellent work and service! I had Happyland install a tankless water heater and all new pex lines to replace old water lines. Jason is a craftsman. He and his apprentice were meticulously thorough and have done superb work. Not only is the work above par but Jason immediately developed a strong customer relationship by providing detailed information about the work to be done and scheduling, as well as the progression during the work. High marks across the board for this company, the quality and skill of the contractors, and the experience as a client.

Initially did a good job, but refused to listen to me when routing the washing machine lines. The lines froze multiple times and I requested that they move the lines to an interior wall as requested 3 times during the process. I was ignored until I got angry, now they hurried to finish the patch job and the texture isn't even close. They will never do another job for us.
