The clinic has been praised for their kindness and compassion during difficult times, such as the loss of a pet, and for making the process as easy as possible for the pet owners. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended by pet owners for their affordability, excellent care, and compassionate treatment of both pets and their owners.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Kim went above and beyond, responding promptly even after business hours, and her entire team is outstanding. I’m truly grateful to have found such a compassionate and dedicated veterinary clinic.
It's hard to put into words how amazing the staff is at the New Hampton Vet Clinic. When you have a pet that is your child that is very sick that you are going to lose him and they drop everything to see him and fix him. Means the world to us!! Highly recommend!
When our cat started getting sick I brought her into the clinic. I was looking for a place that had both affordability and showed they cared after a not so pleasant experience with another clinic. The ladies at reception and Dr. Kim were nothing short of amazing. With a diagnosis that wasn’t what we were hoping, they showed nothing but empathy and understanding while explaining the plan. They followed up during the next week to see how treatment was going and got us in right away when it wasn’t showing improvement.
