We loved working with Joanne! We had been looking at houses in the area online and called Joanne when after we applied for preapproval at our bank, unfortunately the bank called before meeting with her to look at a few houses and told us we should wait until next year. I called her to cancel and she insisted I still come, so I did and I fell in love with the house! Then she gave me some phone numbers of a few other banks, I called and within days we were putting an offer in on the house! Joanne is such a joy to work with! Very hardworking and sold our mother's house as soon as we made it available. She really knows what she's doing!! We highly recommend her!!!
