I've had a water issue awhile & texted Jeff this morning my handy man couldn't handle the job. Jeff sent Jordan and crew to take care. I've been In sunridge, formerly known as homeacres 33 years and at my current mobile home since April 1, 2009. Although I have squabbled occasionally about new rules for tenants, I am MORE appreciative than ever for all of the improvements that have been made the last several years. Especially for my children and the other kids growing up in this court. My husband and I moved into the sunridge estates community about a month ago with our two children. We got into a brand new unit for rent. April was amazing at helping us pick what would work for us and explained the program they have of purchasing after renting. My husband and I were nervous to make this move as we needed to sell our stick built home and down size in order for me to be able to stay at home with our preemie. April (God bless her ) has taken the time to answer our 1000 questions we had! The owner has been pleasant as well taking the time to come introduce himself. From the time I bought my first manufactured house to the time I sold it I have been so thankful to have April along with for the journey. My journey was made so much easier and less stressful thanks to her. Also a shout out to Jeff who was always willing to communicate with me and for always providing the extra assistance when I would be gone for extended periods of time throughout my Army career. As a park manager he went beyond his job description and always treated me like a neighbor.
