Customers have praised the strict rules in the park, which keep the "riff-raff" out, as well as the nice storage units. They have also commended the excellent service and communication provided by the staff, particularly April and Jeff, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

I've had a water issue awhile & texted Jeff this morning my handy man couldn't handle the job. Jeff sent Jordan and crew to take care. I've been In sunridge, formerly known as homeacres 33 years and at my current mobile home since April 1, 2009. Although I have squabbled occasionally about new rules for tenants, I am MORE appreciative than ever for all of the improvements that have been made the last several years. Especially for my children and the other kids growing up in this court. It's much cleaner, safer and the fact they handled my issue today - gives me reason to lead to 5 š - I won't complain about the lot rent increase KNOWING how much time, money and effort has been put into our "new" neighborhood. Thank you Jeff and Jordan, & ALL the gentlemen who assisted in us getting our water flowing properly again!!
I recently purchased a mobile home from Flummerfelt. April was wonderful to work with, made the whole process easy! Also helpful in referring me to bank for lending. Iām definitely happy with choosing Flummerfelt!
