So last night my son fell asleep in the recliner with his 4 foot long pet snake, and when I realized he fell asleep and woke him up, we discovered the snake was gone. We looked everywhere with no luck. Today I called service master and, at the risk of sounding like a crazy person, I asked Christy if they had anything with a camera they could look down my vents with… for a snake. We had to laugh when she told me I’m not the first one to make this request.

I have worked with Service Master Cleaning & Restoration twice and have nothing but appreciation and praise for Austin and his team. Everyone has been very knowledgeable and hardworking to get the jobs completed ahead of estimated schedule. It is nice to find a company who truly understands and provides the best customer service I have seen.
