Riverside Animal Hospital is known for its exceptional service. The staff is described as a "wonderful bunch of people" who genuinely care about animals and their owners. They are patient, sweet, and understanding, making them a fantastic choice for pet owners. The hospital is willing to go the extra mile to comfort and care for animals, even if they are not regular clients. For example, they were the only ones willing to honor the owner's wishes to euthanize their pet in their car, ensuring a peaceful end. Recently, the hospital provided outstanding care for a pug involved in an accident, performing a hip surgery and removing a splenic mass with concern and professionalism. The staff kept the owners informed throughout the process, and the pet recovered well. Additionally, the hospital has successfully repaired two cruciate tears, with Dr. Dan offering knowledgeable and attentive care. Riverside Animal Hospital has also taken excellent care of a chocolate lab, demonstrating compassion and professionalism every step of the way.
I absolutely love Riverside. My dogs are my life and the staff and Six treat my babies like their own. My animals get top notch care. Everything is always clearly explained and they are so kind knowing I am on a budget. If you want your animals truly cared for I highly recommend Riverside. Not only will you be happy but most importantly your animals will be happy!
We had both knees done on our 6yr old bichon gizzy at the same time. The staff and Dr dan are marvelous and gizzy is doing fantastic. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital for all your pets needs
I have taken two dogs for Cancer surgery with Dr. Dan and my experience with them were positive both times. I felt like he gave it to me straight and I would trust him again in the future.
