“I really like some of the techs, particularly the males and one of the younger gals. They do a great job and will correct it if it's not done right. Brian is a good Manager, if you bring it to his attention, he will refund. This last time i got my nails done, I wasn't satisfied, but they usually do fine, so I didn't complain. I didn't get my normal guy that I like, so I assume maybe she was a newer nail tech. I'd post a pic, but my current nails look terrible. I have natural nails and wanted a dip french manicure - I don't know what she was thinking, but they were pretty bad. I'm sure next time I go I'll wait for the right tech or make an appointment.“
