I had to completely redo my deck. I contacted Bryan at platinum painting and restoration who responded immediately and had a quote out to me just as fast. He also explained in a detailed matter, as to what I needed to replace and why. Any communication I had via text or call was immediately responded to, and all questions were answered in a very professional manner and without feeling like I was asking too much.
