Just went today for a first mani in a loooong time. Shay did my nails and did so good! She was very easy going, fun, and professional! Hannah was there to and was very kind. Will be coming back!
I come here quite a bit! Great atmosphere and the girls are great. Usually go in with a picture and match it almost perfectly! Today just got pink and white and Wei did an awesome job!
I usually don't leave reviews, but with what I saw today, I felt it necessary this time. I have been going to Regal nails for a few years now. Hannah is absolutely fabulous. I won't go to anyone else but her. I don't know if it is the new owner or the manager, but she came over the her desk while I was there complaining about some charging cord or something. I found it very unprofessional, it was a conversation that should have been done in private and not in front of a customer. I personally think that Hannah needs to be treated better and talked to better because a lot of business will be lost if she leaves.
