JBC did an excellent job replacing our west basement wall to our specifications. We live in a 2-story house built in 1920 and the west basement wall was made of old ceramic blocks that had cracks and was bending inward and looking like it would collapse soon, even though it had been braced with steel I-beams at some point. When it rained a lot, the water would flow through the wall like a waterfall, because the grade from the west is higher than on the east side of our lot. We had a structural inspector evaluate the wall and he recommended replacement with an 8" thick poured wall 6' high and topped with 2 rows of cement block. Not an all-cement-block... read full review

JBC deserves this 5 star review, Ryan and his crew are very professional. From the time I requested an estimate to the completion of the job anytime we had questions all we had to do is contact JBC and they were prompt. We were having a leak in our foundation whenever it rained, Ryan came to our home to witness the leak the same day we contacted him for an estimate. Within a few days we had the estimate, within 2 wks the work began and everything was complete within a month of our original contact. Thank You JBC/Ryan & crew, we definitely recommend them.

Ryan at JBC was quick to respond to my initial call and had someone over at my house the day I called to check out what was going on. They were super helpful throughout, answering any questions I had from beginning to the end of the project. They were professional and worked quickly as well. I am very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend their services to anyone having water problems.
