Won't take new customers because the lady dont trust that they will come in and was very rude about it. Didn't have to be rude. Can't trust someone to come to appointment then dont trust her with your hair.. trust goes both ways.

As a licensed stylist, I would never in a million years be so rude to a potential client. Maybe check your attitude before answering the phone. I’m sure you can do great hair, but I’m sure you can gain more customers if your responses change towards new potential clients.

My girlfriend tried to set an appointment this Thursday so I could get a fade and my beard trimmed because I have a concert coming this weekend. We are new to the area and she asked if we’ve been there before and my girlfriend said no. The lady on the phone was rude and said she was reluctant to give us her “only available spot” on Thursday because she didn’t trust that we would actually show up to the appointment. If you can’t trust a customer just by them simply setting up an appointment for your services then I don’t trust you around my hair.
