Monona Veterinary Services is a caring and knowledgeable animal clinic. The staff, including Dr. Jensen, takes time with pets and their owners, providing professional and compassionate care. They are good at diagnosing issues and even go the extra mile, like offering paw prints. The clinic is loved by pet owners, with pets often excited to visit. They also have a great groomer, making it a trusted place for pet care.
I went there to make an appointment to board my dog there. It was open, bright, clean & airy, with seating for people & pets. The people are friendly & understood why I wanted my dog to explore the building & the yard so that she wouldn’t be nervous and arrive to stay at an unfamiliar place. I was encouraged to go all around with her, inside & outside. They have a website and forms to download. Everything was calm & organized.
We have been taking our fur babies here for more than 10 years. They take amazing care of them, and support our choice in care, no matter the circumstance. I have stopped by simply to ask questions about 'end of life' things, and the support we got from them was so heartfelt.
I also feel they truly care for our fur babies like we do.
Our twins have an appointment next week to be neutered!
So glad we went here. Very knowledgeable and actually takes the time with you and your pet. I dog was misdiagnosed and he caught it! Wish we lived closer, would see them regularly for all our furbabies.
