Very knowledgeable about plumbing and many other aspects of a home. Helped me trouble shoot a drain issue and fix the problem a fraction of the price other local plumbers charge. Was very easy to schedule an appointment and get someone to my home quickly to fix the problem in my drains. Bright Light made time, short notice, to come out and clear our drains after hours one night. He was on time, quick, thorough, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Rich told us why our pipes were clogged and how to avoid it happening again in the future. This guy knows his stuff and is a no nonsense type of guy.
