We scheduled a custom spa day for a celebration between friends. We enjoyed yoga, 60 minute massage, a sound bath, drum circle and group meditation. I left feeling refreshedand renewed.

I was in town from Minneapolis and my hamstring injury was bothering me, plus I wanted to have some time away from the kids. I call Joy and she call me back within two hours and we set something up. She is very calm and sweet. She took time to figure out exactly what I wanted. I asked for a combination of Reiki and massage so I never knew quite what she would be doing which was nice. Joy is hands down the best massage and Reiki therapist in the lakes region. At the recommendation of a friend, I booked a massage to kick off vacation. What a great choice. Joy's studio is set within a Chiropractic office and is clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. She is professional and takes the time to get to know your specific needs. Her energy is soothing and healing and it's clear she loves her work. Ladies, don't forget to ask for the breast pillow - super comfy! Do yourself a favor, book at appointment with Joy - you'll wish you could go every day!
