I recently purchased a Maytag washer. I have always had Maytag appliances. The last washer and dryer I had lasted 25+ years without a problem. I purchased and had the new one delivered on January 16, 2026. I used it for 6 loads. When I tried to use it for load number 7 it gave me an error message and told me to call a technician. Less than a month old, 7 loads and it doesn't work!? I bought the PetPro Heavy Duty model and paid $900 + tax. It is supposed to handle heavily soiled and pet use laundry. It did not. As a driver I don't appreciate not having clear instructions please use a map when sending drivers to unload. And have dock labels above the dock so it is fully visible. Thanks on behalf of all OTR drivers.
