My wife broke down near this town and I had her vehicle towed to this shop because of the reviews. Long story short: it took almost two weeks for them to even look at it - at which time our estimate of repair was $1400. I told them to proceed with the repairs and then when my insurance company got involved, two more weeks passed and I heard from my insurance company that the repairs were now going to cost $5200. A couple more days went by and I called to see if the repairs were done at which time I was told that they wanted payment up-front BEFORE THEY WOULD START ON THE REPAIRS! They are great! May be a bit pricey sometimes but that is part of a rural area. They are able to find very cheap tires that can beat other prices. They were also able to find cheaper/compete with the price of a another auto place. They also fixed my car in a relatively good time.
