Dr. Gordon and the rest of the staff were incredible when I brought in my sick hen. She was helpful, understanding, and comforting when the decision was made to humanely euthanize due to a tumor and I left feeling at peace. A wonderful exotics vet! I will absolutely drive the 45 minutes to see her again. They even sent me a card in the mail with my hen’s footprint and I thought that was so sweet ?

The Midland Prairie vet clinics are a breath of fresh air! They are well worth my drive from Des Moines! All their staff is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and genuine. They truly care about each of my pets and I appreciate how they offer affordable care for my pets while still taking amazing care of them. I will forever recommend this clinic. Thank you!!!

Our cat was very sick, and the staff was so good with Mimi. She has feline herpes that she got from her Farrel momma and was really struggling. She lost over 2 pounds, tested for parasites, gave her 2 shots, and sent me home with some prebiotic's. The bill was so much less compared to going to a vet in Ankeny. Highly recommend either Colfax or Maxwell locations. We've been to both!! Great people, thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions! ??
