Tips and Toes offers a good experience with reasonable pricing compared to other salons in the area. The technicians are friendly, with a light touch, and the equipment and chairs are modern. While some areas may need attention, such as the floor edges and dust around nail tables, the overall cleanliness is fair. Some customers have reported great results, with fantastic-looking nails, while others have experienced rudeness from staff. With some improvements, Tips and Toes has the potential to be a top-notch salon.
Male staff was digging in his nose standing in front of me and then picking his nose some more across the room in pedicure chair and flicking them who knows where! He didnt care if anyone was watching him. Sitting on his phone just digging. Probably 4 or 5 times I looked up and had to see that! How unprofessional and grotesque. The Boss lady didnt know she was busy making customer happy with their service. She is great, that guy needs a lesson in manners and class or to get a kleenex ! Geez!
The service is mediocre due to the additude they give you when communicating your concerns. They are quick if you're pressed for time. The prices are fine until you are charged an additional 9 dollars just to pay with debit card. Which im very aware is illegal for them to do, yet they do it anyway. Pay with cash otherwise you'll be charged additional 9 bucks. If using debit/credit for convenience, consider that 9 bucks the tip.
Great price. Great people. Great quality service! I took my daughter in to get her nails done 30 minutes before they closed, they took her and did her nails beautifully! This will be our go to nail salon for now on!
