Id probably say overall the experience was okay and my nails on my hands and feet look fantastic. The cost is appropriate but the level of rudeness is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I’d wager that this nail spa is one serious fungal infection outbreak away from a good closing due to the lack of support or trust in their abilities due to the level of rudeness.
Love it love it love it! If you've been disappointed at that other nail shop, not to be named by a certain store, lol, you need to come here from now on. They gone hook you up! Picture is after 1 week.
My girl was great nice and friendly and quick with nails. Was not thrilled with the cleanliness here. My pedi was awesome 5/5 my nails 4/5 atmosphere 3/5 Definitely can be cleaner no matter how busy someone is. Not impressed by that at all.
