I called at 6:00pm when I noticed my furnace was out of sorts = my house temp kept dropping. Jerod/Jared showed up at 6:30 & was friendly, efficient, & explained what he had fixed ~ so thankful they have 24hour service especially when it's been so cold. Thank you very much!!!
Water heater started leaking on the weekend and Nate at Sure Service was the only service technician to call us back. He was professional and gave us a fair price despite our immediate need and circumstances. The other guys in town charged $125 for an emergency visit to tell us our old water heater was leaking (was obvious, we already knew) AND they weren’t sure if they could have a new water heater installed in the next week or so. We feel lucky to have found Sure Service. We’re sure glad we did.
Our AC stopped working on a Friday night, and they were at our house within an hour and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!Services: A/C system repair
