MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center receives consistently positive feedback from patients. The staff are described as absolutely amazing, very professional, and kind. In post baby recovery, one staff member was phenomenal at every aspect and is considered an asset. For emergency surgery, the entire team was helpful and professional. A simple surgery went smooth with professional and kind nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor, and the recovery time wasn't too bad. For a hiatal hernia surgery, Dr. Grimberg and the surgical team were informative, comforting, and skillful. The post-op crew took very good care of the patient, with a prompt, calm response to a minor complication. On 4 East, nurses were most kind. The Emergency Room staff did an outstanding job even with a full house. One nurse was exceptionally nice upon arrival, another was the most amazing nurse who took such good care and addressed all concerns. Dr. Studer was quite a character, and the team worked together seamlessly and complimentary, with no one seeming rushed or impatient. The staff were considerate and nice, making time fly by despite a hectic evening. Overall, patients recommend this MercyOne team.

Outstanding job by MercyOne North Iowa Emergency Room Staff when they had a full house 1/12/2024. Checked in with Pam who was exceptionally nice upon my arrival, than I found a seat in their waiting room & was so excited they had sitcoms on tv watch! When I was taken back to a room, I had the most amazing nurse named Cassidy who took such good care of me and addressed all my concerns for me. Dr. Studer was quite a character and taking into consideration my complex medical background we agreed on a diagnosis plan TOGETHER!!
