I love the atmosphere, very welcoming. Great selection of designer frames. Dr. Augustin is knowledgeable and very explanatory. He takes the time to listen to my concerns. He doesn’t rush the appointment. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I would definitely recommend this office.
First time visit for me. I was concerned about the heaviness of the glasses dragging them down constantly. The doctor came out with me and pointed out lighter frames that might help. Then once I had picked a few choices Cassandra helped me pick out a pair of frames that worked the best for me. Thanks to all.
There was an issue and our 3:00 appt wasn't on their schedule. The doctor offered to stay late and squeeze us in at the end of the day to make up for it. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable
