Called to schedule an appointment and when I said I needed to hang up to check something and call right back they left me on hold for 10-12 mins just so they wouldn't have to take my call before close and it was a scheduling call nothing major won't be coming back though

My experience at this vision center was awesome! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I went here to pick out glasses with my teenage son. Everyone that assisted us contributed to making this a painless experience. This only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the office mailed me the notification that his glasses were ready instead of calling me. My son could've had his glasses on a Monday instead of Friday with a simple phone call. Still all in all I highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back.

I stopped going after hearing the eye doctor and another associate laughing at a patients weight from her exam room. She heard her say it too and looked so crushed. I wish I could say that was the first time but it was not. This is the type of behavior one would expect from a child. Not an eye doctor. Fyi we can hear you pretty well from the exam room.
