My truck broke down near Tama, Rasmussen was recommended by a biz in Tama. I arrived at Rasmusson and Rick came right out to diagnose my issue. He was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable about my truck. He got me back on the road quick and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Rick and his team. The ladies in the office were pleasant and friendly.

I'm facilities Maintenance Manager for a world wide company in Marshalltown. After years of dealing with their competitor and Lack of results and continuity, I made the switch and I don't look back.Rasmusson Service Center even when covered up with work load, gets me in as soon as they can and sometimes makes room. Their service quotes are always spot on and never do work without approval, so there are no surprising cost. From the Owner to the front office staff all the way to the shop staff, always a professional atmosphere. Took my 2005 F-350 6.0l powerstroke in for head gaskets. Rick was very professional and he and his Techs took care in getting my truck back into shape. When doing the repairs Rick recognized several other components wrong with the operation of my truck. He understood the importance of the job to my business and that my truck needed to be reliable. I do not want to list out all that he ended up taking care of but the list was long. When I went to pay for the repairs Rick was again very professional and was able to show/explain to me all the repairs that were done. I am moving several hours away and will still use Rasmusson’s Service Center for all of my major Diesel repairs if any in the future.Services: Electrical repair
