Only place I go for haircuts! When in Iowa, Wisconsin or Florida it is always Great Clips. My information is in the system at all of their establishments.
Great online check in app that actually works. Always plenty of parking regardless which Great Clips you are at. Staffing based on demand on times keeps customer wait very short.
When I first moved to Iowa, I was very hesitant to go into a Great Clips. The Great Clips in the past that I have been to were horrible, they got to scissor happy and rushed through cutting my hair. Mind you, I have fragile, fine like hair that breaks easily. I found Great Clips here in Marshalltown, and met an AMAZING woman who took care of my needs, and took her time delicately trimming and fixing my hair that the past 'hair people' messed up on. She gave me back my layers, shaped my hair to fit my face figure, and even knew American Sign Language!! We connected through Signing together, even though mine is a little rough but she helped me remember the signs and motions....read full review
