When I first moved to Iowa, I was very hesitant to go into a Great Clips. The Great Clips in the past that I have been to were horrible, they got to scissor happy and rushed through cutting my hair. Mind you, I have fragile, fine like hair that breaks easily. I found Great Clips here in Marshalltown, and met an AMAZING woman who took care of my needs, and took her time delicately trimming and fixing my hair that the past 'hair people' messed up on. She gave me back my layers, shaped my hair to fit my face figure, and even knew American Sign Language!! I love going here to get my haircut. They have a short wait time especially when they have a check-in online option. My favorite stylist there is Raylynn. All the staff are friendly and courteous.
