I am very fearful of Dentists. Dr. Downey made me feel very comfortable during my procedure and he even asked me if I needed to take a break which I have never been asked that before. I really apperciate the respect and kindness I received from everyone and I would highly recommend!
I really like Dr Downey, he explains what he is doing and why and tells me when he is almost done drilling. He is encouraging and positive. I could switch to a different office that’s free but I don’t want to because he and staff are worth it! Thank you Dr and staff!
The dentists here are amazing. I have had HORRIBLE dental work in the past, to the extreme of causing panic attacks during dental visits. This has never been an issue here, as they fixed work of another local dentists poor skills. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable, I didn’t even feel shots, and consistently making sure I was alright and pain free.
