Impressed about the comforting care shown to me as a patient...as they know I am not awfully calm in the dental chair.
They tell you each step they will be doing so no surpises.
They know me well and that adds to my trust
They listen to my concerns..also good as some medical people do not.
Jennifer did an excellent job with the X-rays and cleaning. She checked my front tooth and explained what was causing the discoloring. She had Dr. Gantz check it also. The doctor is a true professional. He’s the best. The front desk staff is excellent as always.
I no longer have to fear the Dentist. as I did many years ago. Dr. Downey and staff are kind and gentle and I no longer stress about going. I would highly recommend this Dentist office for all your dental needs.
