I had 5 days to closing. A different local company no-called and no-showed and strung required fixes for almost one month before finally coming out to just assess the work and telling me they can't perform the work they already did (inspector found it was against code). I called B&G on a Monday shortly after that and by the scheduled Wednesday appointment they were on time and assessing the situation. They went WELL above and beyond and completed work originally going to take one week after closing to a 1 day turnaround after prioritizing my situation and saved our closing date.

Had an unexpected problem with our insta hot water heater. Made one call and within an hour a service tech was at our door. They corrected the problem promptly. Excellent service and customer service!
Called B and G Monday 830 am and service was prompt and professional. Service rep Zack had the part and did a great job.
