From the first meeting through the service Murdoch staff was very good, kept my wants and needs at the for front through it all. My only complain is during the reading at the service I was called Pam twice, yes everyone noticed, the 2nd time they were getting upset, at the end a couple people asked who's Pam?!! It was decerning and was why you don't get a 5 star from me. I was charged $350 to be not called by my name in the beginning of the reading.
Working with Karl at Murdoch's Funeral Home was so easy and helped me through the process every step of the way even months after the funeral. I highly recommend their services.
