Reviews
I had a great experience with Manny’s Roofing. I had a roof leak on a rubber roof membrane, which had previously been installed incorrectly by another roofing company. They were able to identify the location of the leak and fix it quickly and at a reasonable cost. It was clear that Manny knew what he was talking about in terms of how correct rubber membrane installation should be done. He suggested coming back out to fix the remaining seams to prevent further issues, which I have agreed to.
Manny’s Central Iowa Exteriors LLC has been our go‑to for exterior work for years, and they’ve never let us down. Every project has been completed with quality work, clear communication, and a fair price. Highly recommend this team for any exterior work.
