We've been with Jim since 2012 and was surprised when we went to drop our taxes off this year to be told we'd have to find somebody else to do them. This was with no prior notice at all We left them and Jim did them We picked them up this past Sat and was told by his daughter that they were cutting 250 of Jim's clients and we were one of them She said since we're seniors that we can get them done for free My husband was just diagnosed with dimentia and I am his caretaker and now I have to worry about running around to find somebody to do our taxes next year I have health issues also so this is no easy feat. Up until now have been VERY happy with the service we got.
