Brian recently did a great job inspecting a house we were looking at buying. He found so many things that we did not see during our showing. I love the detailed report with pictures to show exactly where to find the problems, as well as the color coded levels telling how serious/urgent each problem is. Great work!
This is the 2nd home we had Integrity inspect. Grant was amazing, very detailed oriented and thoroughly went over everything from the inspection. I would highly recommend using Integrity Home Inspections the next time you need the service.
10 out of 10 and if it went higher I would give him 12 out of 10. Being from DC I'm very used to a very thorough process. Brian was amazing and walked us through every single step of the process. Probably the most informational part of this whole entire home buying process and made us feel empowered to understand our home and how to maintain it. He went over things that needed changed before closing, recommendations for how to maintain our equipment and referrals for add ons. He was very thorough and tested things we've never even would have thought of completely and entirely. We have such peace of mind after his home inspection.
