Communication is horrible. I called, I texted, I emailed and it would either take a long time for a response or in this case now that service has been completed no response at all. The whole situation was horrible from the word go First they refused to call AHS to get permission to add antifreeze to my mini-split because they wanted another trip charge. Then they refused to add antifreeze and repair a leak and instead insisted that I needed a new unit. They then ran the lines through my temporary awning and now I can't adjust it or change it and they refuse to answer me regarding what they are going to do to correct the situation. Would not recommend this company.
Our AC fan took a crap so we contacted Chronister Enterprise LLC. I’m glad we did because it was probably the best service I’ve ever received from a service company! I was contacted right away telling me exactly when they would be here. None of the “be there between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm”. Jason explained exactly what was wrong with the unit and educated me on the system. They were very fast and super kind! I will definitely be calling them again when I need them!! Highly recommend Thank you!!
I had Chronister enterprises LLC come fixed my fridge and did an amazing job fixing the freezer while I’m at work. Jason did such an awesome job. Kept my kitchen cleaned put all the wet towel In A bucket. Texted me today to make sure all is good with the it. I highly recommend them to do work for you. Thanks again Jonathan and Jason.
