I just had my home visit and estimate today. Jordan was very thorough, professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful. He made some very good suggestions; things I probably would not have thought about myself.
Great job. He got another job done early and tried to contact me. I was not home but called his office and told them what time I would be home. When I arrived he was waiting in driveway. He looked at the damaged area and then did a walk around the entire house to see if there was any other damage..
there was not. He followed me to the storage shed where we picked up the needed siding. He noted on the first piece that there was damage so we picked out a second piece and proceeded back to the house. By the time I retrieved my checkbook he was done with the job. We were very impressed and pleased with our handyman, Jordan. Our project was laying a pathway in the attic to our ac unit, installing an attic ladder, installing a 3-pronged outlet for our frig and leveling the frig. He was knowledgeable and skilled, was thoughtful about how our project would be used in the future, was respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly. We will hire Ace Handyman Service again!
