The staff and Dr. Wollner are described as exceptional, very knowledgeable, caring, and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and provide the needed help. Patients have experienced friendly and efficient service, with appointments starting on time or even early. However, one patient was disappointed with the biopsy procedure, citing a lack of preparation, stitches, and post-care instructions, leading to a slow healing process. Overall, Dr. Wollner is praised for being helpful in addressing patients' needs and providing fast service.
Just in for a check up. Had Surgery in April to remove skin cancer. Staff is always very kind and helpful.Dr. Wollner is great. Highly recommend to anyone needing their type of service's.
Staff was friendly and efficient. I was disappointed with the way Dr Wollner did the biopsy. I have had other biopsies done, one in my neck by a different doctor, and they always prepared me with details of what they were going to do, step by step. They also put stitches in after the procedure, and did not leave a gaping hole 1/2 inch across to heal on its own. They also gave instructions on how to care for the area afterwards. I was disappointed and a little angry that he did not do any of this. Vaseline and a band aid was the extent of the post care. I now have a hole in my cheek which is still trying to heal 18 days after the procedure.
