I live in CA and wanted to send my Mom flowers for her bday and the lady who helped me (sorry I didn’t get your name) was AMAZING!! Very helpful with every detail, down to a T.. and not to mention the flowers my Mom received were beautiful! Thank you so much Grandma’s Garden for making the process easy!!

Exceptional customer service! I reside in other part of state and placed order online for sympathy arrangement to be delivered to funeral service in their area. Was contacted by phone call and text by employee to tell me shop was out of pictured arrangement I had ordered and they would need to substitute. Took photos of other options and sent to me to choose from. Went far and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend them for all floral needs!

I live in Kentucky near Louisville, and wanted a nice birthday bouquet for my dear Aunt's birthday a while back, and more recently, a silk bouquet that doesnt require watering now that she is recovering from a recent stroke. I spoke with LuAnn, who did both bouquets, she sent me texts with pictures to make sure i was satisfied. I tend to like the outdoorsy meadow-flowers look.I love LuAnn's work. Brian delivers the flowers. The nurses at the nursing home agreed that this arrangement sent yesterday looks very real! My dear Aunt's face lit up when she saw it! Many thanks to LuAnn and Brian, you outdid yourselves again.
