LifeSkills provides residential and technical oversight as the prime operator of Cascades Job Corps. In addition, we are the prime operator of the OA/CTS contracts for the Philadelphia and Chicago Region Forest Centers, and subcontractor for Little Rock, North Texas, Flint-Genesee, and Detroit Job Corps Centers.
