John was great!! He came and looked at our Ash trees and determined that they had the Emerald Ash Borer. John looked at our other trees to answer my other tree questions. He was very knowledgeable! John waited to remove our trees and stumps until the ground was frozen so as not to dig up the lawn. When the trees were gone you couldn't have noticed on the lawn that trees had been there! Everything was picked up and hauled away. John even took before and after pictures for me as I wasn't home at the time. It didn't take him long to bring down the five adult trees. Super pleased with John's work and customer service!
Our neighbors lost a tree in a recent storm. We had a large branch down and asked Keppler's for assistance. One of them came over and helped us while the others continued to work on the neighbor's downed tree. They only accepted payment when I insisted. They took down the branch, cleaned up the yard and were gone. They were very kind, considerate, went out of the way to help us and did a great job!Service: Tree trimming & pruning
