“Shoutout to Cost Cutters Manchester, IA for getting my 6YO son right the last few times we have been in. Braxton has his mommy’s very fine hair. “I couldn’t recommend Envy Salon enough! I just moved to town, hadn’t gotten my hair done in years & wasn’t really sure who in the area to trust with coloring it. Kaity exceeded my expectations. She was so nice, easy to talk to & has very affordable pricing. She even covered my ear while curling my hair which is awesome considering that’s always been a fear of mine!
