From our first meeting with Apryl to the final install with Ron and Kim, Native Iowa overdelivered with everything!
They were always on schedule (yet flexible & understanding about construction delays!), incredibly kind & communicative, professional, and transparent throughout the process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything—design, measurements, installation, etc—was perfect, and Apryl was very patient when we changed our minds more than once. ;)

We had issue with pressure tank for our well water that left us with no water. They were knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, respectful, and friendly. They replaced tank and updated some piping and controls so we can avoid future issues. We had water back in less than 24 hours from first calling. Dr. O'Brien was able to get us in the day we called, and listened to everything we said about our puppy (basset). She gave us meds (antibiotics) for his UTI, and it cost us around 40 dollars. This is also not our normal vet but if I lived closer she would be.

Every Erickson Construction LLC team member, and sub contractor, assigned to my project was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and talented! They took the time to listen to what I wanted, drew it up, made great suggestions and then made it a reality. No question was too bothersome. I especially appreciated the fact that when issues not previously known cropped up, they fixed them rather than just moving along with the project. I could go on, but suffice it to say, I will be using them again!

Tiffany is the best. She is the only one I trust to cut my hair. I have natural curly hair. She is the only person I have found that under how to cut my hair. I use to have her when she worked in Cedar Rapids and followed her to Manchester. I drive 27 miles out of my way to have Tiffany cut my hair, well worth the drive. Thanks Tiffany for knowing your stuff and a great personality to boot.

Al came to evaluate an HVAC issue we were having and was VERY informative, personable, and timely. Very straight shooter and I don’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. I called in the morning, and Diane put me on the books, and Al called maybe a few hours later to schedule. He came out the next day and wasn’t a minute late! Diane was also very professional and helpful! Would absolutely recommend!
John helped me out with my case and I cannot say enough great things about him. No email went unanswered, I always received a call back in a timely manner and he answered every question I had along the way! His pricing was very fair and I ended up getting the best outcome possible with my case.

Came in from our of town to visit family and couldn't get into my regular nail tech before I left town. The nail tech at TK got me in right away and did an absolutely stunning job. He was meticulous, highly skilled, and kind. The salon overall was very clean and lovely. I will definitely be back when visiting again. Highly recommend.
Requested style: The nail tech was able to do exactly what I asked for and asked questions along the way to make sure I got exactly what I had in mind. Almond shaped, color blocked dip powder with a matte finish.
