We were extremely stressed out our heat pump of course went the hottest weekend of the year. We called Loftus out of Logan. Not only was the lady who answered the phone extremely nice! We can't say enough about our Technician Nick. Not only was he fast precise he was very informative. I learned more about our system in a half hour than I ever have on Google. The guy had patience of a Saint all the questions I lofted his way! Thanks Loftus we are now sitting here cooling off. Lastly the repair cost less than expected. Thanks Loftus

Loftus is the best! We called them at 8:15 AM on a Friday and they were at our place before 11. Nick was quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. We are so lucky to have them in Harrison County.

Everyone knows that Kevin Loftus' family was relable and ran an honest, relable Heating and Air Conditioning service. It's wonderful that the new owners are following in their footsteps.
Our annual check up was as complete as ever. It was neat hearing how well the new owners run things & how low the prices are compared to Omaha prices.
I'm glad that Logan has such dependable help, for such an important service.
